Cfa designation
The Chartered Financial Analyst credential, certifying mastery of the programme's body of knowledge and a commitment to the Code and Standards. There is no partial version, and it promises nothing about performance.
Where you will meet it
Cfa designation appears in 2 learning outcomes on the CFA syllabus. A few of them:
- Explain how CFA Institute polices the Code and Standards through its Professional Conduct Program
“Sanctions include public censure, suspension of membership and of the right to use the CFA designation, revocation of membership or of the right to use the designation, and, for candidates, suspension or prohibition from further participation in the CFA Program.”
- Put the Conduct as Members and Candidates standard, VII(A), into practice
“Members and candidates must not engage in conduct that compromises the reputation or integrity of CFA Institute or the CFA designation, or the validity of its examinations.”
Practise it
Practise cfa designation until it is automatic: questions that explain every wrong option.
