Show a deep grasp of CFA Institute's Code and Standards by using them to resolve particular cases
The idea
Standard VII protects CFA Institute's reputation and the integrity of its programmes. Candidates must not share exam content, including broad topics or formulas tested or not tested, and volunteers must not reveal exam or grading information. Criticising CFA Institute's policies is allowed. Charterholders keep the right to use the designation only while in good standing, which includes paying dues and filing the annual Professional Conduct Statement. A lapsed member may say they held it in the past. Candidates must describe themselves as candidates, must not imply a partial designation, must not cite an expected charter date or link the charter to superior performance. Passing each level at the first attempt is a fact and may be stated.
